The Vic budget has announced stamp duty concessions for ALL property purchases up to a value of $1M. This includes a stamp duty waiver of:
- 50% for new residential properties
- 25% for established residential properties
The offer will be available for contracts entered into between 25 Nov 2020 and 30 June 2021. This is another factor that we expect will drive strong value growth in 2021.
