2020 has been a unique year, with unique challenges faced by all of us.
From the beginning of the pandemic in March, we saw first-hand the effects of the pandemic on our clients and business partners. Our team, who were adjusting to working from home and continue to do so, pulled together and made great efforts to respond to a record number of enquiries and speak with a multitude of clients. Many in harrowing circumstances, concerned about their finances, and opting for repayment pauses to help them throughout this difficult time.
Thankfully, the vast majority of people who opted for repayment pauses have since resumed regular repayments. However, there is no doubt that many people and businesses are still doing it tough.
To those who are still in this position, we will continue to support you in any way that we can.
Congratulations to our team of 17 champions for showing great commitment, empathy and courage throughout these testing times and continuing to put our clients first.
