When it comes to client satisfaction, we put our money where our mouth is by utilising the highly respected Net Promoter Score feedback system, which is the preferred method used in services industries around the globe.

We ask you for feedback at three important junctures during your experience including new clients and existing clients receiving our ongoing banking, mortgage strategy and property planning support.

With Net Promoter Score you can sit anywhere from minus 100 to plus 100. Therefore 0 is an average result. For context major lenders average minus 9.84 and mortgage brokers average 12. Therefore a score of 50 is considered exceptional.

So, I bet you are thinking, yes, yes, that sounds complicated……so please tell us your score guys?

At the end of June for the calendar year of 2017 our score sits at 90.
