If you are not satisfied that we have delivered what you are looking for by lunchtime on the first day then we will refund your money – no questions asked. This guarantee and refund requires the student to leave the course at lunchtime on the day and to forfeit any notes and materials provided during the day.

He holds a teaching degree, Graduate Diploma in Property and Masters of Business (Property).

He has been teaching in real estate and investment for over ten years. The program that Peter teaches is an independent and comprehensive course that assists all property investors to make the right decisions by utilising a mix of education and real life experiences.

Peter is an active property investor who applies his teachings to his investments.

David Johnston has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry. After gaining experience with a major bank, he saw the opportunity to enter the fledgling mortgage broking industry in 1999. He established and grew the highly successful mortgage advisory arm of an insurance company before founding Property Planning Australia in 2004.

Property Planning Australia is a unique business that incorporates genuine fee for service financial planning with independent property advice and holistic lending advice. They also provide a university endorsed property education course.

David has regularly appeared in the media in publications such as The Age, Australia Property Investor magazine and Your Mortgage magazine. He is also the co-author of Property For Life � Using Property To Plan Your Financial Future.

Dom works in Tax, Accounting and Business Services, servicing small to medium enterprises and professional clients across a range of industries and is also a director of Property Planning Australia’s Tax Advisory Services.

Dom has a particular interest in taxation issues involving the development and leasing of residential and commercial property including Goods and Services Tax, Capital Gains Tax and other income tax advice as it applies to property.

He also lectures in a number of courses relating to property and taxation and tutors in management accounting at university level.

Dom also performs the role of company secretary for a number of public companies.
