Net Promoter Score Explained

For those of you not aware of Net Promoter Score, basically you are asked for a score of 1-10 on how likely you are to refer the service.

We ask for our clients for feedback at three important times of there experience with our service, whether an active client or an existing client receiving ongoing service.

Based on the results you receive a score of 1, 0 or -1 and then a multiplication is done that means that your score can range from anywhere between negative 100 to plus 100.

As soon as someone gives you an 8, it is impossible to score 100. A 6 or low starts taking you in the negative.

For context the industry average scores for major lenders is -9.84.

A score of 50 is considered exceptional.
