The courses are run in small groups to maximise interaction between you and the lecturers.

The courses are led by the "Property Professor", Peter Koulizos. Peter is Australia's most respected independent property educator and regularly features in the Australian Property Investor Magazine, Your Mortgage magazine. Your Investment Property magazine, various television and radio programs. The course also includes sessions from experienced Tax, Law and Finance experts whose focus is on property investors.

The course allows you understand the real factors affecting property investment without any of the marketing spin or hype. It focuses on the key drivers for investment and more importantly, how you can identify them and act upon them.

Throughout the course you will be able to identify the steps taken by experienced property investors to assess the best property to suit your strategy.
